About Saesol Diamond

Saesol Diamond was founded in 1999 and has grown to become the world leader in CMP Conditioning. Our focus is on exceeding customer expectations with regards to process performance, consumable lifetime and total cost of running the CMP process. Our Quality and Control systems in manufacturing allow us to provide customized solutions tailored to the needs of each customer. The manufacturing process also provides our customers with excellent disk to disk performance. All of our customers have access to our R&D department and the tools for analyzing current consumable performance and to run experiments to help with process improvement. When you work with Saesol Diamond, you have a team of professionals supporting your process goals. Our Account Mangers are on the front line working to understand your needs from technical and commercial perspectives. Our R&D Engineers are available to provide support for existing processes and recommendations of new products to improve process. Our Quality department is always available to provide manufacturing process data and help with any deep dive reviews of conditioner performance. CEO Involvement

As Founder and CEO, Mr. Maeng has been involved in product development from the beginning. His drive to build the best conditioning products available has not wavered. Even now, 20+ years after founding Saesol Diamond, Mr. Maeng has the R&D Department as a direct report. When there are challenging conditioning requirements, he can be found working side by side with our R&D engineers to help develop world class products for our customers.
